Lis Wiehl (born on 19th August 1959) was born on 19 August 1961. She is an American author, and former legal analyst for Fox News.
She is an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School. Prior to that she was an associate professor of University of Washington Law School. In addition, she has made legal commentaries on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factual, and National Public Radio. She has appeared as a guest on The O'Reilly Factor and Your World With Neil Cavuto. The Kelly File is a show with Megyn Kelly and Lou Dobbs and the Imus Morning Shows.
Wiehl was born in Yakima, Washington, and was a graduate of West Valley High School in Yakima. She earned her bachelor's at Barnard College, followed by a master's degree in literature from the University of Queensland, in 1985.
Wiehl is a former prosecutor for the US Attorney. She was an NPR legal reporter. She worked as the assistant chief investigator counsel to Democrats at the House Judiciary Committee in Clinton's impeachment. She was a law professor as a tenured law professor at University of Washington School of Law Seattle where she managed the Trial Advocacy Program from 1995 to 2001. Wiehl served as a Fox News Legal Analyst from the year 2001 through 2017.
